Delivery availability depends on the address and services offered when you check out. The applicable shipping cost is presented before payment, so review it along with your order total.

Two stages to your delivery

We normally prepare an order in approximately 1–2 business days following successful payment authorization. Once dispatched, the estimated journey takes 4–6 business days. These periods are counted separately and exclude weekends and relevant holidays; neither is an arrival guarantee.

Before and after dispatch

Please supply a complete and accurate address, including unit information where needed. Let us know quickly if it needs correction, although an order already being dispatched may not be editable. A tracking reference is shared when available; carrier scans can take time to update.

Getting help with a parcel

Contact odejono644@gmail.com if a shipment is unexpectedly delayed, seems lost, is recorded as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged. Send the purchase number, checkout email and tracking information. Keep the packaging and attach images of any damage or missing contents. Carrier disruption, weather, holidays and address issues may require investigation.
