You will find Owala drink bottles and tumblers, coffee cups, carrying bags, replacement parts and other accessories, including pet bowls. Each listing shows its own available choices.

What should I expect for shipping?

Checkout determines supported destinations and delivery fees. Normal preparation is about 1–2 business days after payment authorization; estimated travel time after dispatch is another 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. The Shipping Policy explains delays and tracking.

Is a preference-based return available?

No: our voluntary terms exclude a change of mind and mistakes in choosing a size or option. This answer does not restrict non-excludable legal rights.

How do I report an incorrect or faulty item?

Apply within 30 calendar days after receiving an item that is damaged, defective, wrong, missing parts or materially unlike its description. Provide your order details and photo or video evidence, retain the packaging, and await approval before sending it back. Read the Refund Policy first.

When will a refund reach me?

We initiate an approved original-method refund within 10 calendar days of approval. Your payment provider controls the additional time needed for it to appear in your account.
